Who Is The Mold Guy?
From the Owner
Hello, I'm Alan McGaffin, owner of Harmony Pro Mold Inspections & Testing. My mission is simple--to help homeowners and buyers make informed decisions by providing accurate mold inspections, laboratory testing, and clear, honest reporting.
Every inspection is performed with attention to detail and the goal of giving you confidence and peace of mind.
Certified Texas Professional Home Inspector #23418
From Home Inspections to a Mold-Focused Transition
Harmony Pro grew naturally from years in the home inspection business. Here in the Greater Houston area, our heat, humidity, heavy rainfall, and severe weather can create conditions where moisture and mold become serious concerns for property owners.
What began as one part of the inspection process evolved into a specialty of its own—providing homeowners and buyers with independent mold inspections, advanced moisture investigation, laboratory testing, and clear answers they can trust.
